Nambour Swap Meet

Summary of Event

The SCACC’S annual Swap Meet is held on the last Saturday in July in the Nambour Showgrounds, Coronation Ave. Subject to weather, which may delay mark out, gates will open from midday on the Friday before the Swap.
Approximately 600 sites are available for advanced bookings with a further 300 non-bookable casual sites available from midday on the Friday before the Swap and up to 6.00am on the morning of the Swap unless sold out earlier. Casual sites cannot be booked in advance and are on a first come first served basis .
Public entry will be available from 6.00am on Saturday. Admission fee is $5.00 per person. No dogs are allowed on the Showgrounds.
There will ATMs on site.

2019 Swap information

Swappers who have a booked site in 2018 are encouraged to book and pay for their 2019 site(s) by 2.00 pm on the Saturday of the 2018 Swap.  Swappers who do not have a 2018 bookable site may go on a waiting list for the 2019 bookable sites.

For pre-booked swappers, a registration form for the 2019 swap will be enclosed in your 2018 swap pack.  This pack will also include your site sticker(s) (for your windscreen(s)) and wrist bands.  These will be posted to swappers by early July 2018.

The booking office will be available onsite Friday between 3.00pm and 6.00pm and Saturday between 10.00am and 2.00pm to take your 2019 booking.  Any 2019 sites not booked and paid for by 2.00pm Saturday on the day of the Swap will be made available on a first come basis from September 2018.
